1. Which payment methods are accepted?

2. How long does delivery take?

The delivery time varies depending on the shipping method and destination. As a rule, the delivery time within Germany is 5-10 working days.

For orders to UK & US, shipping times between 3-5 days apply.

 

3. Can I return my order if I don't like it?

4. How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will also include the tracking number. You can use this number to track the current status of your order. 

 

5. Why do I get different tracking numbers when purchasing multiple products?

We work with warehouses and manufactories worldwide, so if you purchase several products, the goods may be sent from different warehouses .

7. What materials are the pieces of furniture made of?

We deliberately choose chestnut and mango wood as the main materials for our furniture because they come from sustainably managed sources and do not contribute to deforestation. By using existing trees and processing wood from sustainable sources, we help protect forests and preserve their biological diversity.

 

8. How are your furniture and decorations treated to ensure their quality and longevity?

Our furniture is carefully treated with surface treatments based exclusively on natural oil and wax. These treatments are specifically selected to enhance the beauty of the wood while improving its longevity. Our products are manufactured with great care to ensure they meet the highest quality standards and provide you with years of enjoyment.

We attach great importance to the working conditions of our partner manufacturers abroad. Before working together, we ensure that the jobs correspond to our values ​​and that fair wages are paid.
