The following conditions apply:
Delivery takes place within Germany (Germany), as well as in the United Kingdom (UK) & United States (US).

Shipping times
Unless another shipping time is specified the delivery of the goods domestically (Germany), as well as to the United Kingdom and the United States within 5-10 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed upon, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered several items with different delivery times, it may happen that we ship the goods in send two shipments - since we work with several manufacturers worldwide, the goods may be sent from different warehouses in this case. The delivery time of the items can be tracked at any time with the associated tracking number.

Return
You have the right to cancel your purchase contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (Vidanissa, Karoline-Fele-Straße 21, 44577 Castrop-Rauxel, email address: info@vidanissa.de) by means of a a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will pay you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from this that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) must be repaid immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of 14 days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be sent by parcel.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
